Refund Policy

Subscriptions and one-time purchases on FindPreset are sold by Lemon Squeezy Inc., which is the merchant of record for our Service. Refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy under their Refund Policy.

In addition to LemonSqueezy's standard terms, we offer the following:

7-day satisfaction window

If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription payment and you have used 5 or fewer AI extractions in that period, we will request a full refund from LemonSqueezy on your behalf.

Subscription billing errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly (duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, and similar), contact us within 30 days at support@findpreset.com and we will work with LemonSqueezy to resolve.

One-time preset purchases

A one-time purchase ("This preset") delivers its digital content immediately: the preset is unlocked the moment payment completes. These purchases are therefore final and not refundable, except where a technical failure on our side prevented delivery. If your preset did not unlock after payment, contact support@findpreset.com and we will deliver it or refund the purchase.

What we do not refund

  • AI extractions you have already consumed are not refundable, even if you are unhappy with the result. AI outputs are approximations and we do not guarantee specific visual outcomes.
  • Partial-month refunds are not provided when you cancel mid-cycle. Your subscription remains active and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Unused subscription credits do not carry over after cancellation and have no cash value. Credits from a one-time purchase do not expire.

How to request a refund

Email support@findpreset.com with your purchase email address and order ID (visible on your LemonSqueezy receipt). We respond within 2 business days and forward eligible requests to LemonSqueezy.

EU consumer rights

EU consumers retain the rights conferred by Czech law and EU consumer protection law. Note that, under Czech and EU rules for digital services delivered immediately, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once you have started using the AI extraction feature and have consented during checkout to immediate performance.
