Refund Policy

Subscriptions to FindPreset are sold by Lemon Squeezy Inc., which is the merchant of record for our Service. Refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy under their Refund Policy.
In addition to LemonSqueezy's standard terms, we offer the following:
7-day satisfaction window
If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription payment and you have used 5 or fewer AI extractions in that period, we will request a full refund from LemonSqueezy on your behalf.
Subscription billing errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly — duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, etc. — contact us within 30 days at support@findpreset.com and we will work with LemonSqueezy to resolve.
What we do not refund
- AI extractions you have already consumed are not refundable, even if you are unhappy with the result. AI outputs are approximations and we do not guarantee specific visual outcomes.
- Partial-month refunds are not provided when you cancel mid-cycle. Your subscription remains active and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- Unused credits do not carry over after cancellation and have no cash value.
How to request a refund
Email support@findpreset.com with your purchase email address and order ID (visible on your LemonSqueezy receipt). We respond within 2 business days and forward eligible requests to LemonSqueezy.
EU consumer rights
EU consumers retain the rights conferred by Czech law and EU consumer protection law. Note that, under Czech and EU rules for digital services delivered immediately, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once you have started using the AI extraction feature and have consented during checkout to immediate performance.
